Quando si dice slow ;) Da un anno circa ho in mano il libro Top Down Crochet Sweaters di Dora Ohrenstein, ma solo un mese fa ho iniziato a lavorarne un modello, Ava.
Questa volta sono stata un razzo, sono riuscita a finirlo in due settimane. Wow, incredibile.
I'm slow, yes!! I've had the book Top Down Crochet Sweaters di Dora Ohrenstein for one year, but I started to work on a pattern one month ago. This time I was very quickly, it takes me just two weeks to finish Ava, the first one of this book. Wow, incredible.
Ava è il primo modello del libro della Ohrenstein ed è effettivamente semplice. Sono comunque necessarie delle conoscenze di base dell'uncinetto e saper leggere le spiegazioni, che sono integrate da schemi esplicativi.
The pattern is not difficult, but you need to have the basic knowledge of crochet techniques and to understand the explanations, which are supported by diagrams.
Fondamentale, come sempre, il campione che ho adattato alla lana marocchina che avevo in casa.
Aggiungo solo che le indicazioni per ricavare la taglia della maglia e adattarla alla figura (spiegate nella prima parte) mi sono servite molto e calzano!
The explanations were very helpful for me to make the garment fit. And it worked!
